International Shipping (Outside US)

• Shipping Charges: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping prices may vary depending on your destination and the weight of the parcel.
• Customs and Taxes: Our product prices do not include customs duty and local taxes. Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. We are unable to advise the duty amount.

In case of combo orders with multiple items with different delivery timelines, we'll ship them separately or together depending upon the best delivery options available to ensure timely delivery.

Shipment Tracking

Cancellations

Order Cancellations: Accepted until order processing cut-off time: 9:00 AM PST - Pacific Standard Time.

Damaged Products and Missing Products

In case of any breakage/damage of the product during transit, or any manufacturing defect in the product, please email care@ciasara.com within 24 hours so that we can ensure appropriate measures for replacement. Any such reporting after 24 hours does not fall under the Return Policy. Please refer to our 'Return and Refund' policy page for more details.
