- CIASARA fulfils orders from a network of Regional (UK/US/EU) and Global Fulfilment Centres. Your order is always routed through the fastest and most reliable method available for your destination.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, delivery zone and order value.
- Free shipping is available at checkout for qualifying orders in selected countries based on cart value and zone.
- Tracking is provided for all shipments once dispatched.
Delivery Times
Our shipping timelines are provided for transparency across regions. The estimates below reflect carrier transit times only and exclude order processing. Each product page displays its own estimated delivery time based on fulfilment location, so please refer to the product page for the most accurate estimate at checkout.

Note: Delivery estimates can be affected by local carrier capacity, customs clearance, and peak-season demand. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Types
To ensure cost-effective and timely delivery, shipping rates are determined by the product type and fulfilment method:
- Standard-Size Items: Smaller and lightweight products (such as t-shirts, mugs, journals, and soft goods) use simplified rates at checkout.
- Oversized or Fragile Items: Larger or delicate products (including framed wall art, blankets, gift sets, and home décor) follow special packaging and carrier-based pricing.
- Mixed orders: Orders with different product types may combine these structures, resulting in a blended rate at checkout. This ensures safe packaging, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery across all categories.
Fulfilment & Regional Availability
We ship from regional hubs (UK/EU/US) whenever possible for faster delivery. Selected collections are dispatched from our international fulfilment centres with slightly longer — but fully tracked — delivery times. Product pages display the relevant estimate for each item. Availability may vary by country due to regulatory or inventory considerations.
Shipment Tracking & Related Services
- Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates via email. You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and via shipping confirmation. Customers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may be impacted by peak season demand or local customs procedures in certain regions.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order delivered faster, you may select an expedited shipping option at checkout, where available.
- Delivery Address Requirements: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including apartment/floor number, street name, area/landmark, city, state, and postal/ZIP code to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address or contact information provided at checkout. Refunds will not be processed in such cases.
- Delivery to Work Addresses: Include company name, block or tower number, floor level, and correct entrance details to avoid delays.
- Contact Number is Required: Please provide a valid mobile number to receive shipping updates and allow our team to contact you in case of delivery issues.
- Additional Delivery Advisory: Orders shipped to remote or rural addresses may experience an additional delay of 1–3 business days in final delivery depending on local carrier availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Combo Orders
If you order multiple items with different production or delivery timelines, your items may be shipped separately or together, depending on the most efficient fulfilment method available. This ensures that your order reaches you in the timeliest manner possible without unnecessary delays.
International Orders & Customs
For international deliveries (outside United Kingdom), customs clearance times may vary by country and could affect the overall delivery timeline. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping charges. Some orders may ship from our international fulfilment centres; in such cases, standard import duties/taxes may apply per your country’s regulations.
CIASARA is not liable for any customs-related delays or charges once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority for more information on applicable fees or restrictions before placing an order.
2. Delivery Process for Digital Products
- Digital downloads and digital products are delivered securely via email or download link.
- You can access and download your files worldwide with an active internet connection.

3. Returns and Refunds
Made-to-Order Products
- Each product is crafted specifically for your order to avoid waste and ensure personalised quality.
- We cannot offer refunds on returned products marked as customised or made-to-order, including clothing, home decor, and branded merchandise.
- Please double-check your selections (design, size, colour, etc.) before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at info@ciasara.com with your order number and photos.
- Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Used or altered items cannot be accepted.
Digital Downloads
- All digital products are non-refundable once delivered. If you encounter a technical issue, please reach out to us immediately.

4. Force Majeure
CIASARA is not responsible for any delays or disruptions in order processing or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. These include — but are not limited to — natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, acts of war, legal changes, transportation strikes, or any other force majeure event.
5. Extraordinary Circumstances
In rare cases, your order may be canceled due to inventory issues, system errors, fraud alerts, or other unforeseen problems. If this happens after payment, your full amount will be refunded to your original payment method or CIASARA account as per your preference.
