Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

Your order will be processed through our well recognised courier service partners who will be taking care of your order dispatches depending on your location and service coverage. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

How long will It take to get my package?

Based on the stock availability, orders received till 8:00 am are usually dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 am will be dispatched on the next business day. Please find below the estimated delivery schedule from the day of dispatch.

Estimated delivery schedule for US customers

Delivered within 4-6 working days (excluding any delays that may be caused due to holidays) from the date of your purchase.

Estimated delivery schedule for International customers (Outside US)

Delivered within 10-20 working days (excluding any delays that may be caused by customs) from the date of your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, CIASARA does deliver throughout the world. Our international orders are usually delivered within 10-20 working days (excluding any delays that may be caused by customs) from your purchase date. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in US are not set as business days for standard deliveries. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.

How is the customs and import duties handled for international orders?

Custom duties and taxes for international orders outside US are not included as part of the product or shipment charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes with respect to your region directly to the courier agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) during your order delivery once you receive an invoice from the shipment partner. CIASARA won’t be able to provide you a refund incase if you failed to pay the duties and taxes to receive the shipment.

What payment methods are accepted?

We have Stripe and Razorpay as payment gateway which is used by leading e-commerce sites across the world. You will have the option to pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using the payment gateway at the time of checkout. US customers can also choose to pay by PayPal, Net-banking, UPI and popular wallets including JioMoney, Mobikwik, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money and PayZapp etc.

Is buying online safe?

You are absolutely safe with www.ciasara.com while ordering online. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by our payment gateway service providers Stripe and Razorpay based on your choice.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

  1. Browse or search for the items you would like to order on www.ciasara.com.
  2. Learn about the item you want to buy. Email us at info@ciasara.com incase of any queries.
  3. Add all the items you want to buy to your Shopping Cart.
  4. Review your items by clicking on the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon placed on the top right hand corner of the page.
  5. After reviewing the basket items, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ button to continue with your order.
  6. Enter your Billing and Shipping Information on the order fulfilment form. You may place the order as a ‘Guest User’ or Register with us to receive future updates and discount informations. Registered users can login to their account using their email address and password to auto fill the order delivery and shipping info from their saved account details and do more.
  7. Verify your order items, your shipping address and the amount payable.
  8. Select the payment gateway
  9. Accept the terms and conditions by clicking on the checkbox corresponding to ‘I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions’.
  10. Click on the ‘Place Order’ button to complete your order. Enjoy your Shopping!

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is not essential to have an account as you can select ‘Check out as Guest’ to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference. 

Registered user will be able to receive future updates and discount informations. Registered users can also login to their account using their email address and password to autofill the order delivery and shipping info from their saved account details and do more.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Cancellations are generally allowed only till the product gets dispatched from our warehouse. Thereafter, if you would like to cancel your order before it has reached you, please choose to contact us at the following:

Email us at info@ciasara.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. In this case, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order. Refunds, store credits or product exchange options will be considered only after careful evaluation of the reason for order cancellation by our customer care team.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings, hair accessories, and body piercing products in case customer changes their mind. We also don’t provide refund or exchange for gift cards.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can check on “MY Orders” section in your “MY Account” page on our website to track the order status. Incase of any concerns with your CIASARA order or delay with your order delivery, you may contact us at info@ciasara.com for further assistance.

How Can I Return a Product?

While our 3-step quality check ensures that each product reaches you in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or not what you ordered, we are there for you!

In such cases, please inform us at info@ciasara.com within 24 hours post-delivery of the product with your order ID and reason for return. If you would like to return a faulty or broken product, please follow the process mentioned on our ‘Delivery & Returns‘ policy section of this website.
