- Return Handling for UK & EU Orders: Under UK and EU consumer laws, customers normally have 14 days to cancel online purchases. However, this does not apply to custom-printed, personalised, or made-to-order products.
- Return Handling for Damaged Items: If you received an item in damaged or defective condition, please contact us at care@ciasara.com within 24 hours — we’re happy to help. See our Returns Policy.
- Customs & Taxes for International Orders (Outside UK): Our product prices do not include customs duty and local taxes. Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. We are unable to advise the duty amount.
