Cancellation Window:

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before the daily order processing cut-off time, whichever occurs first. Once an order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible as CIASARA products are prepared specifically for each order.

Important: Personalized or made-to-order products labeled “Not Eligible for Returns” cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind. For further details, check our 'Delivery and Return' policy.

Damaged Products and Missing Products

In case of any breakage/damage of the product during transit, or any manufacturing defect in the product, please email care@ciasara.com within 24 hours so that we can ensure appropriate measures for replacement. Any such reporting after 24 hours does not fall under the Return Policy. Please refer to our 'Delivery And Return' policy page for more details.
